  Firstly, I would like to say that I was quoted a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks. The item I ordered arrived in 3!!! Secondly, I ordered a smaller kilt in a lighter weight fabric for my partner's son, which arrived at the same time. This was ordered in the same Tartan. Unfortuneatly, it was dispatched from a different mill and was therefore a slightly different colout, to my horror. Was Sotweb disheartened by this? No! They pulled the stops out and ordered a new Kilt to be delivered in the very near future. All this within 4 weeks of my initial request. The customer service and after sales service I have received can only be described as "Second to none". Thank you Scotweb. Not only have you made good on you promises, but you have also managed to supass your own target dates, enabling us to attend a large family gathering whilst proudly displaying our new Kilts.
